Find our answers to your most frequently asked questions about the Cub’s Art Gallery and the artists’ works.
Who are we?
Galerie Cub’s Art is an art exhibition site for connecting with its artists.
You can buy any artwork directly from the artist, the price is therefore more attractive as it is a direct sale.
Each artwork is presented with high definition visuals which you can display full-screen.
Our artists have their own presentation page to give you all the necessary information prior to purchasing the works.
The artists on Cub’s Art are a small private collective. Between artist friends, they decided to create this gallery in order to expose their art online, for individuals but also for companies.
Are our artworks certified and authenticated?
Artworks on canvas are sold with a certificate of authenticity signed by the artist attesting of the originality of the information provided. This certificate and the invoice will be delivered with the artwork, once the transaction has been completed.
How can I order a work of art?
Simply click on « Contact us to acquire » when you are on the page of the desired artwork. You will have to fill-in your name, your e-mail address and you can write us a message in which you could ask for additional information.
Your email will be sent to the management assistant or directly to the artist according to the information requested. We will reply by email within 48 hours at the latest.
If you wish to order the artwork, the artist will then ask you the delivery address you want to use and your payment method.
Does the listed price include delivery and framing?
Prices indicated under the works are VAT inclusive, shipping costs are free for a shipment in France.
If you wish a delivery abroad or to have a work framed, it will generate an additional cost that the artist will provide you.
The artwork is no longer available, can I order a similar one?
Our artists take orders, so please contact us if the artwork you liked is unfortunately no longer available for sale.
Who makes the prints for the photographs?
The artist is responsible for making the prints and therefore supervises the quality of the print before sending it to the buyer.
How secure is the payment?
You are on a art exhibition site connecting you directly with its artists.
Our artists will then contact you in order to define together a secure payment method: online payment by bank transfert from the artist or directly in the artist’s studio.
Upon receipt of your payment, the artist will ship the work to the location of your choice.
What is the delivery process?
Artworks are sent by a qualified carrier from the artist to the buyer within 3 to 8 working days. The packaging of the work is checked on departure and must be checked in perfect condition on arrival.
How much is the shipping cost?
For a shipment in France, shipping costs are free.
For a delivery in Europe or abroad, shipping costs are at the buyer’s expense and will be calculated by the artist.
Can I return a work of art?
You have 14 days to try and keep or return any purchase. If you change your mind, we will refund the full price of the work, provided it is in the same condition as when it was sent, of course. Return shipping costs are at the buyer’s expense.
I’ve received a damaged artwork, what should I do?
Contact us as soon as you notice the damage. Also take pictures to show us the current condition of the artwork so we can make the best decision.
